The good news is there are other characters that would be fantastic if adapted for the big screen. If Bloodshot fails (which it looks like it will), then it fails. That doesn't mean people hated Vertigo or the comic itself - quite the opposite. It was a bad movie, and it looked bad from the get-go. It's no different from the reception The Kitchen received. It also comes across as a soulless action movie. Most of the criticism is how the movie itself looks. The point is, I and most people don't have a problem with Valiant. I used to be an avid Valiant reader, but I fell off around the time of the DMG buyout (not because of it, just sorta happened around the same time). Welcome to the NEW & IMPROVED Valiant Subreddit!
